Zoom Schwartz Profigliano
Role(s): Narrative Designer, Visual Storyteller, Game Developer – NYU Abu Dhabi Capstone Project, 2021-2022
This project served as my undergraduate thesis in Film and New Media, examining ethical decision-making through multimedia. My role included directing and photographing staged scenes for a live-action graphic novel where characters make selfish choices at a party, developing an interactive game that challenges players to remake those decisions for better collective outcomes, and creating a cohesive experience that bridges photography-based storytelling and gameplay, aimed at demonstrating how seemingly small personal choices can have significant social consequences.

Candy Candy Candy
Role(s): Game Designer + Developer – Playful Prototypes Course, 2024
Created for a candy-themed challenge in a rapid game development course within a week. My role included programming a dance-based game using the p5 ML computer vision library where players must align their body parts with on-screen gummy bears, implementing motion tracking that responds to players' dance movements in real-time, and designing intuitive gameplay that transforms physical dance into digital interaction, aimed at creating a fun, accessible body-controlled gaming experience.
