Designed and built a market analysis platform for small businesses. Led research across 12 stakeholders, created a 15-component design system, and developed the React.js front-end.

Built a content intelligence system for Square's marketing site. Crawled and extracted entities from hundreds of pages, built a dashboard showing content gaps across products and locales, and designed an LLM layer that generates new pages from verified content.

Designed a mobile research platform for discovering academic work across 26 topics. Used Figma Make to generate and narrow UX directions, then hand-refined all screens and interactions.

Conceived and built an internal tool for sorting, labeling, and QA-checking product photos used to train an AI image model. Born from firsthand experience assembling a test set and feeling the pain of doing it manually.

Led a usability study on healthcare phone access for international students. Used observation, surveys, and GOMS analysis to identify pain points and propose fixes.
